Introductory
- Join this class to learn alignment and the basic yoga asana / poses. Here you will become familiar with how to use the props to support the alignment of your body. Regular attendance will develop your understanding of the foundation poses.
Level 1
- This class is suitable for students looking to grow their practice. The number of asana will increase and include standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists and regular inversion practice.
All Levels
- Suitable for all students who are familiar with the basic yoga asana. Introduction to the inversions and basic backbends are covered in these classes along with restorative asana.
Restore & Renew -
This class is dedicated to restorative practice. All poses worked with will bring rest to the body, mind and breath and the ways to achieve this can be often surprising and invigorating while maintaining a quiet mind.
Well Being Plus
- A slower paced class perfect if you are returning to your practice after a break or need a less vigorous class due to age, injury recovery or general well being recovery.
Women's class - This class is specifically for women of any age or stage of life. The range of asana is comprehensive while learning how to support and improve women's health conditions.
Men's class- This class is specifically for men of any age or ability. Basic asana is taught with progression into a wider range of asana. Click on the blue Men's class for further information.
Level 2 - If you are looking to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga talk to Demelza about progressing to this class.
