Back on the mat!

I can't wait to restart classes on Saturday at Moray Chambers, the new space is coming together nicely and I am looking forward to you all seeing it.
 
Open Day Saturday 24 January 11:30am - 1:30pm
Our Open Day is getting closer, please share the details with your friends, family and collegues and have them come along between 11:30am and 1:30pm to see what Iyengar Yoga is about and get a sense of our community. 
There will be light refreshments, fun activities for those who want and feature student boards which tell the story of students across our community in relation to their experiences of yoga. This will interesting for everyone not just the visitors. It is a family friendly event so children are welcome to come with you. All visitors can sign up for a free class on the day and there is a prize draw (details below) that everyone can enter.
If you are available to help with a few small jobs on the day please let me know, this is things like welcoming people on arrival and helping them sign up for a free class etc.
