Moray Chambers is taking shape!

Farewell to George Street. As I prepare to farewell George Street I am leaving with a grateful heart. It has been a safe haven for nearly 6 years. The people who have walked in through the physical and virtual doors adding diversity and enriching our community. 
 
The last class for 2025 at George Street is Tuesday 16th December at 5:30pm. All classes next Monday and Tuesday will be general level so you can all come along regardless of ability or gender and farewell our space before the doors close.
 
First class for 2026 will be Saturday 17th January 9:30am. This is a general level class so come along and be part of our auspicious beginnings for our first class at Moray Chambers.
 
Save the date  - Our open day is 24th January 2026. Details to come, however save the date and bring your family, friends and colleagues to see what Iyengar Yoga is and our vibrant community. Children are welcome. There will be fun interactive activities as well as interesting things that will surprise you!
 
Changes - There will be some changes to the timetable and pricing. As soon as this has been confirmed I will share the details with you. 

Summer break with Demelza

Join me over the break for a "sidecar summer' at home and across Aotearoa. 
 What is on offer: 
Be supported when your routine is not as normal to keep yoga in your life. You will join me through short videos to see how I manage to do this, when I am at home and away; and while moving studio. This isn't about making a lot of time to practice, it's about learning how you can incorporate it daily or weekly when lots of other things are happening. Not only will this keep you physically with your yoga, it will help mentally with the challenges that can come at this time of year, essentially holding space for yourself. It will also make the start of 2026 easier as you have continued rather than stopped. You'll be amazed the difference this can make!
 
The format is similar to the popular Neck & Shoulders 3 Week Intensive, however given the firewall issues some people had it will be delivered through the You Tube channel. You must have a google email address to access it.
Along with practice tips and ideas you will also be the first to see our new studio emerge into life!
