Moray Chambers is taking shape!
Our last class for 2025 in our George Street space will be Tuesday 16th December, finishing with the level 1 class that evening.
Our first class for 2026 in our Moray Chambers space will be Saturday 17th January 0930am.
There will an open day in our new space on
Saturday 24th January - watch this space for details for this fun event.
Yoga Nidra / Sleep Session:
Next Saturday 6th December 12:00 - 2pm online and in person. Come and learn how to improve your sleep and relax into the end of the year!

Offerings over the summer break:
A collection of 8 class recordings are available for hire either the summer package. You can hire single classes at any time of year.
The summer package consists of short and full length classes with unlimited access for the entire summer break $60.00. Email Demelza to request your access.

Spotlight on the Women's class:
This class offers so much. While focusing on pelvic health, it covers the hips, lower abdominal region and low back support. The Iyengar method takes care of women's health at all stages of life from menstruation, pregnancy, peri menopause to menopause. While in studio is women only, the recordings are available to rent by any student of IYD. If you need help with low back, gastrointestinal conditions, lower abdominal conditions, hips and pelvic floor get in touch with Demelza.
Kowhai Personalised Programme changes and introducing the Growth Package:
